Application Screening Fee: $40

Each occupant (over 18) or financial guarantor submits an application and non-refundable fee.

Holding Fee: $500

The Holding Fee is non-refundable. It is processed only after you are approved and accept our offer of residency.

LEASE SIGNING:

Refundable Security Deposit: $1800

Your Holding Fee will be applied towards your Security Deposit.

Rent or Pro-Rated Rent is Due

SERVICES INCLUDED IN RENT:

• Off-street parking - Limited
• Water and Sewer Services
• Recycling, Compost, & Trash Pickup

RESIDENT-PAID SERVICES:

• Electric
• Cable
• Internet
• Phone

KEY POLICIES:

• Applications and money are processed for active rentals only; in order of receipt of completed applications.
• "Portable Tenant Screening" reports are not accepted.
• In-person interview and specific-unit preview are required of all applicants.
• Initial lease term is 1 year.
• Rent is due on the 1^st of the month.
• A late fee of $10 is assessed on the 7^th of the month.
• We do not take last month's rent.
• Notices to move must be received 20 days prior to the end of the current rental period for all residents.
• Pets are no longer accepted.
• Smoke-Free building and rental units.
